Swami Vivekananda believed, by developing the character of youths a good society will be formed by which a good nation will be built. He also says, “Religion is the idea which is raising the brute unto man, and man unto God”. This transformation of character is achieved by the development of personality of an individual. Personality does not only imply the external physical appearance but also the mind and spiritual strengths. Specially trained youth trainers and dedicated professionals are often invited to conduct such threefold personality development programme for school children, universities students and other members of the youth organisations.
